Online Shop – Returns Policy

STC Direct sells exclusively business to business, and is exempt from the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. 

No returns will be accepted unless they are made in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale. In this respect we would draw your attention in particular to clauses 8 and 9 dealing with specifications and warranty.

Refunds will only be given if the goods, which have been returned, are considered by us, in our absolute discretion, to form part of a valid claim under the warranty given in our terms and conditions.
